Some of the benefits of Autonomous vehicles are exciting. Elon Musk has said you can summon your vehicle to come to you when you are out and it can drive you home, or you can rent your vehicle out to the robotaxi fleet while on holidays so your car is making money for you while you are not using it.
The benefits are endless.
