I don't want to get bogged down in an argument over semantics, but when I read the various versions of John 3:13 on https://biblehub.com it seems to me that Jesus descended from heaven.
The verse is ambiguous, but when combined with the other verses, my understanding is that Jesus preexisted in heaven.
