None of this makes any sense.....
The Indian company are reportedly willing to pay $1b for 20% of Advent' share (85% of the total) which is roughly 17% of the total.
Given BUY will own 15% once the drill is complete surely a takeover of BUY would be a far more beneficial for a buy in to this opportunity for this compeny.
Getting involved in what is a messy patchwork quilt of ownership in Advent or a complete takeover of Bounty for roughly the same stake at probably a lower value...doesn't seem to add up to me!!
