So they announce the issue with the well some time ago. Now @trader_10, tell me how NY would immediately know the timeframe of the availability of equipment?
No matter what timing NY said, there would be criticism as there are nuances that mean it cannot fully be accurately predicted.
We now have a timeline that is somewhat flexible because of these nuances.
