Well 1995, I started work in South Kalimantan, Indonesia as CHPP Manager.
I had 250 Hammer Men by classification working for me. I accepted the culture and did not change the name. After about 3 months I could not contain my curiosity and asked "why Hammer Men?"
Because before the CHPP was built, the Hammer Men would break the coal by hand to pass the screen and would sort out and rocks or clay.
