A wordy update, but one which is disconcertingly silent on financial detail.
If I didn't think it wouldn't happen because the company's cost of equity is so very expensive, I'd say this looks like the sort of fluffy, "big picture" announcement that gets issued an equity raising.
But, like I say, no self-respecting Board would raise capital when the earnings yield is ~12.5%.
