Don't give him ideas of staying to the second tranche. As far as Im concerned, he can empty his desk draws and be escorted to the front door, never to be seen again. How can someone be compensated for something that is never going to eventuate. He didn't and won't complete the requirements for his long-term incentives, so that should be it. Bye, bye, Simon, you won't get my vote.
