Brian, the board and senior management should show their faith and loyalty to the shareholders that have been funding them for the past decade and stop taking a salary until this is back on track. And I don't mean just delay the salary, actually not get paid until the share price gets above where it was when the arbitration result was announced. They have been paid very large salaries to see the share price now at 1/10th of where it was a year ago. So many broken promises.

Brian negotiated the CN's that once converted to shares could be dumped onto the market with no escrow period! That is why we are here today. A year ago the share price was 10 times higher. My concern is that the raise will not get up, and someone will pickup 100's of millions of shares at an amazing discount to what they were a month ago. My second worry is that the money will be wasted and very shortly they will be trying to raise again. Very sad state of affairs.
