Pursuing legal action against a government you wish to do business with for decades into the future sounds like a minefield no sane business would want to enter into.
The potential for said uncooperative government to make your life hell and your business non viable is fraught with danger.
As if CAY wasn't risky enough even attempting to do business in such a corrupt country.
