....as to the latter ....not "legally own" ...but yes they do comntrol them obviously .....for the duration of the war ........as Ukraine does the Black Sea , as I said
as to the first ....nothing to support and clearly they do not ,
when their ships are either sunk or absent .....Ukraine are in control of the Black Sea ....the grain ships that russia tried to stop progress safely and unhindered , no missiles are being fired into Ukraine from ships in the Black sea ....that battle has been fought and WON by Ukraine
