    The other cynical thing about this announcement is that most shareholders will have already sent in their AGM voting forms. And who would that stand to benefit exactly?

    Hhhhmmmm.......

    Hardmano has an excellent point about ESG needing independent directors. Their corporate governance is sub-par IMO.
