On what basis do you call Russia's peace terms ridiculous?

Ukraine has the chance to prevent thousands of Ukrainian war casualties by saving Russia the bother of securing a little bit more of Ukraine. If Ukraine doesn't comply then Russia is in the box seat to take and annex another 4 Ukraine oblasts and destroy much more of western Ukraine's infrastructure and eliminate tens or hundreds of thousands of Ukraine fighters. And THEN its peace terms would be identical to the set of peace terms offered now apart from the extra territory it would have: demilitarisation and becoming neutral.

Seems like an excellent and extremely humane and generous deal to me!
