''The second best time is today.
It's never too late.''
'it's never too late' is a simpleton saying that does NOT apply to all situations
as a car hurtles over the edge of a cliff and is in freefall - there is no point in pushing on the brake pad ----------------
it's an action that is totally useless if the wheels aren't in contact with a hard surface
for nuclear - the first up and main objective for Australia is to fill a potential gap in power requirements as Oz transits away from coal fired generation to renewables
there is a time window of concern -------------
for nuclear to fill that gap ------------ it's impossible - it is far far far too late
with one exception ---------- if we signed up with Russia for Russia to build some nukes for us - and we'd have to sign up almost immediately - already have sites chosen etc
bit of a problem there because atm - we're effectively at war with Russia
