So ZIP and Afterpay have both had a credit licence for several years, but ZIP has only needed to use its one for its ZIP Plus (term lending) because BNPL has been exempt of licencing rules (and still is). Same for Afterpay, so what difference will it make to either once the new rules are in place and they have to comply?
