Lack of a cornerstone insto is causing havoc here.
I guess it's fair to say the lack of cornerstone interest in this raise is probably a reflection of the broader market (and not necessarily WR1). Also, that recent presentation with the 2028 suggestion for production has probably provided some reality to some (although I think the instos already knew this and it was only retail hanging on to the idea of production in 2026 etc).
