Buy when it represents value for you.
Just remember, small movements in the SP don't move the needle as much on the yield if that's why you're buying.
A 5% drop in SP = <0.01% increase in yield ($6.00 SP and $0.70 divvy).
"Picking the bottom" is a mugs game requiring luck more than anything else IMO, but DYOR.
