If MK tests were available, certain specialists would be seeing many more of the people they need to see (early) and far less of the people they don't need to see.

In this respect the test may be a potential game changer for several medical specialities.

From what I understand, the only weakness in the test would be in patients with both inflammation (from whatever cause) and cancer. I can't see why anyone (who is not arthritic or suffering some other form of inflammation) would not ask to be screened.
