    Guzman Y Gomez is about as Mexican as the US based Outback Steakhouse. Today's AFR says it's $2.2 Billion valuation is fair.

    Surely we have the expertise to come up with something similar?

    Wendy's is no longer an option. So what's the future for us if we want high growth?
