Only 6 years since MRE for CXO, the hiatus from 2017-2021 was partly due to the lithium price not being feasible at the time.
2016: Core Lithium acquired its first landholding in the Bynoe pegmatite field and shortly after discovered the Grants deposit.
2017: The maiden Mineral Resource Estimate for the Finniss project was published.
September 2021: Core Lithium made a positive Final Investment Decision and commenced construction in October 2021.
October 2022: The crushing plant was commissioned, and the first Direct Shipping Ore (DSO) cargo was prepared in December 2022.
February 2023: The Dense Media Separation (DMS) plant construction was completed, leading to the production of the first spodumene concentrate shortly after.
June 2023: Integrated pit and plant operations were achieved, marking the full operational status of the project.
WA1 could be looking DFS and plans for Construction in 12-24months
