Yes shoulder struck head but its not the first time I have seen that. Was it a swinging arm, No was it a tackle using shoulder and arm, yes. The game is morally bankrupt because at the end of the day it's a bunch of south sea islander descendants with blue and red jumpers on, wrestling each other to the ground for 5 tackles and some crafty fly half white dude kicks the ball on the sixth tackle for field position . The game will die if they don't bring back the biff! BORING!
