Man... there is so much speculation in this forum....
2 points...
1) The only facts we have are in the announcement. The rest is just noise from those with there own agenda. The announcement says we're doing flow testing in the other section; FLOW TESTING. IE: we have oil; I don't care where its from; its product that Cuba needs NOW.
2) Why would anyone who was planning on selling make an effort to down ramp; think about the ulterior motive. This is a perfect opportunity to sell the fear and buy cheap.
And another bonus point... for all you good boys and girls...
BONUS) Anyone ever think of way AP put an aim to be a $3Bill MC in 3 years? Likely to give adequate lead time for 'bumps' in the road like this.
