but share price keep going down clearly reflect how bad decision by management on issuing debt at 10.5% rate even thought it wasn't required and not issuing dividend but instead talking about nonsense dumb framework gibberish is impacting share price !
it is good now if chairman and CEO resign and take responsibility !
