shareholders can force him out regardless. We easily have enough for 5% vote right now from hot copper posters for a first strike! To get him gone completely we may need to access the email addresses of the registry. It’s estimated to cost around $600 to gather that data and mail out to everyone. If a core group of us who finally want to see profits (instead of being up to 90% in the red) band together and pay it, it’s nothing in the scheme of things! His time is up imo!
