On an AVB post I found this which I also hold

"Hmm somthing fishy going on at 33 Richard Street.

Laguna (LRC) just sold out for a nominal premium to is trading halt price of 1.3c (2c p/s). VOR is in trading halt due to significant transaction and now AVB in trading halt due to substantial capital raising.

This CANT be coincidence??
I have a feeling they are offloading VOR and LRC and going all in to AVB. If VOR is sold then I can 100% with confidence this is the case and should be seen a extremley positive for AVB holders"

Don't know how much truth but when you own in both you begin to worry what they are up to. I dont like to speculate until I get the facts
