Bruce, you need to resign purely on your breaches of fiduciary duties. When I saw you at a conference a while back and suggested this to you, you said that their fiduciary duty is to the company not shareholders. Well, I have news for you, the company is owned by shareholders, not you.
Do the honourable thing and resign and run away.
