Actually I think Yaq is just being transparent with his thoughts, in the same way we all are. No conspiracy no hidden agenda, just a bunch of shareholders speaking our minds and sharing information.
Anyone holding this stock for the long term wouldn't bat an eye lid at this announcement or the drop in share price, hence the definition: LONG TERM.
