If approved as is then it goes for Royal Assent.
Certainty of the investment tax credits should bring in funding partners so hopefully not long til a deal is made and then they can get moving in earnest on the pre-FEED and FEED items so construction can commence.
Senate sitting has gone over time and still haven't got to C-59 so probably will be delayed until tomorrow.
