One has to look at the locations' operating environment and associated costs. Sya is running at huge opex and transportation costs. These are empirical evidence.
I would not believe in any studies Pfs or Pea about costs.
Does not fill anyone with confidence Wr1 will be any different operating in Quebec just like Sya
