Well as you are all aware there is a lot (nearly everything)
running on getting the lease extended, the "smart money" wont invest till that lease is confirmed extended (would risk millions when the lease isnt extended)?... I mean thats a risk we are all willing to take, but not big investers (IMO).
I think due to the amount of buying ... you might see them bot it down... so they can try and buy in cheap, but as soon as they buy I am guessing here... maybe... another run up to 9 or 10 cents.
