But who is going to underwrite another raise after what happened in the last debacle ? Canaccord ? They got left holding 83% of the shares on offer. They'd have to be chump charlie to sign up to that again. It looks to me like that cap raise was as good a "vote of no-confidence" in VRX management as you are likely to get, outside the AGM.
