Nothing is certain until it is signed sealed and delivered. I am still waiting for $US7M that was signed, sealed and evaporated in the GFC. I am waiting for the UN to give us funds for a project that they were gushing over. Both the US and EU want Tanbreez to proceed. Both have money and prepared to give it to help make it happen. It is rare earth, it is massive and it frees the west from relying on China.
