When LRC went into trading halt regarding its takeover, the trading halt read "The company is negotiating a possible funding and corporate transaction". Ours is very different so i don't think its a takeover. I'm still going with the issue of shares and/or cash for the purchase of a new project. We'll see on Monday. DYOR.
