Blackham Minerals BLK , about 8 years ago pursued a similar strategy of expanding the shareholder capital numbers into the billions, then consolidating. So CLK are not the first one to do that.CLZ just did it on steroids . BLK went broke eventually. CLK did get money off the broking houses, but the financiers seemed to cease the arrangement. It is interesting , how CLZ have returned to try to get money off shareholders . I am expecting some 'great' announcement they have cooked up in the next few weeks , in an attempt to try to get the 2 million dollar capital raising away
