What have they deprioiritsied? Yeah - prioritised I suppose means that other things have been de-prioritised in order to make these a priority. They dont have infinite money. But the company wouldn't want to talk about what has been de-prioritised of course.
I say that these trials are on hold/Or does the company? I only say that Pd-1 vaxx/checkvacc/hervaxx, cause that is what the company has put in on their trials on clinicaltrails.gov. You can find the status of all trials, and as i noted above the status of all three are on hold since Jan 2024 (same time they said they were prioritising Azer + oncar)...and for example Checkvacc had 9 patients enrolled (that was from last year) so I don't think you will see any OBD this year or next.
So you can say I say they are deprioritised. However the reality is the company said in Dec 23/Jan24 they were prioritsing Azer cel + oncar and at the same time, they changed the status of all three trials (hervaxx/Pd1VAxx/Checkvacc) to on hold, active not recruiting. Example here... Now you might say are they are active, I don 't know what that means, but I do know they are not recruiting any patients and have not moved on any further since Jan 2024.
For all practical purposes these are on hold.
Buyouts generally phase 2. Yep I am aware of buyouts in all stages. From my understanding the vast majority are post Phase 2 or beyond, unless you have amazing efficacy in phase 1 and they can determine anything beyond safety. Since IMU are prioritising Azer-cel (1/2a)/Oncarlytics (phase 1), this tells me results are at least 12 months away, for Azercell and for oncarlytics to get to Phase 2, well 18-24 months +
But perhaps Oncarlytics phase 1 will blow it out of the water. Last shot on goal.
