EU is going guarantor for $50 Billion loan to Ukraine, but right now I think EU will be selling bonds to fund it. Interest from frozen assets is supposed to be the collateral, but hey, maybe EU bonds look better for investors than future energy stocks like Talga. It remains to be seen how the bonds will be repaid assuming ukraine defaults on the loan.
