Do we have good evidence that communication with the FDA and TGA is of a materially better quality in terms of content accuracy, reliability, clarity and timeliness than we shareholder get? If PR is genuinely performing for shareholders to the very best of his ability it may be that the FDA and TGA have been getting something similar to what we have come to expect...
If the standard of communication and reliability of undertakings is not a whole;e lot better then I'd expect relationship problems that will stymie the approvals we so desperately need. How can we be assured that the shareholder communication issues we suffer are not also happening with the FDA and TGA?
