I dont believe it will be a CR...even though PAA has additional employee costs and directors fees and a quarterly due next month I suspect MT will be pulling a rabbit out of his hat in the next 2-3 weeks with either a BP, grant agency or key investor to provide sufficient funds to carry PAA through P2/3.
What ever the funding arrangement is it may require dilution at some stage in the future (CB) but assuming success dilution will not be on any real concern.
