I'm a long time Sunrise holder from Canada currently down 88% on my investment. You are perhaps equally affected and frustrated with management's ongoing silence and lack of the concerns of we shareholders. Once again, I hope to encourage you locals to consider the Class Action alternative. (IMO) this is the only way we can force leadership to defend their position. Leadership must be held accountable for not conducting its fiduciary responsibilities. Might your local, Slater and Gordon law firm be interested in pursuing such a case? Might you be one of the required seven participants willing to initiate such an action? Or, do we just bitch a lot here in this blog and wait, as we first go down-with-the-ship?
