Stating the obvious - SP is in a state of limbo until funding is sorted out.
Desperately low in cash, some sort of announcement on funding is due any day now, surely before the end of the month.
And the market waits.

The last quarterly said funds would be raised.

So, as of a couple of weeks ago, Wayne remained confident, and funding looks to be more aligned to a partnership deal ( eg Paradise Textiles ) than a connote, or loan from Fashion for Good, or *****....
Either way, best to get this funding sorted ASAP, announced, and let the MC start to appreciate with commercial progress.
