Not sure I agree.
We all knew a CR had to be coming soon. May partly explain the decline in SP from the highs.
Agree that they should've locked it in a couple of months ago, at the highs. But timing the market is just as tricky for them as it is for us.
I hope the terms are good. I'm happy they're finally getting it done.
