You cant just cancel a contract because the other party is making a decent profit. There would have to be a huge compensation to do that and it would go to court. Its a Proposal being tabled well before the contract expires end of 2025, which suggests some give and take, whether that is to modify the existing contract or its related to a new contract commencing 2026 likely with terms that better suit CBA and for the whole CBA Group, so a larger volume but lesser margin to be made per insurance contract.
