How the board esp the Chairman can retain there/ his position having resided over one of the worst destruction of Individual share holder value since the pandemic. Not realising the banking licenses foolish continuation (after well funded parties like Volt went broke trying and handed back their licences in 2022) sucked the company out of much needed cash flow and the market expectation that NOV would be the funder of last resort has destroyed and institutional interest in this stock.
A continual stream of were nearly cash flow break even (lost count of these announcements to the ASX ) yet then requiring some massive dilution of existing share holders with the recent fund raise ..such that even at 1.3c doesn't reflect the diluted holding cost for anyone who purchased this dog from the ASX prior to 24
NOV was a good company and still has some valuable assets, relationships, licenses and tech... lest hope the board dont cause the ship to sink completely before some value can be realised
