5% dilution is nice to see, versus the usual 20-40% at the spec end.
It doesn't warrant that 12% discount giveaway though, and for the rest of us holders, a 30% discount from the 3 month VWAP that this placement precipitated, thanks to Argonaut smashing the $1.20 support that 'revealed' all the capitulating supply.
