We've already had a change of Director's interest notice for the 714k shares, a good broker should be able to blend the sale over the entire time period making it less noticeable. Now we've had the GM those shares are now legal to be issued, so we probably won't see a notice to say they've been sold because they'll be replaced under the issue approved at the GM.
Short answer, we probably won't know, but can assume it'll be done by Friday's close.
