This regional bank is now at a 23 year low, is touching oversold and RSI is under 50% with a P/E of about 9. The other regionals are near 52 week highs and have P/E of about 13. IMO it is a good buy at these figures and I am definitely averaging down. Might wait a few more days to get a better picture of where the bottom is but surely it is near.
