Offer documents need to be raised for SH participation and a vote on Managements ability to participate so , looks like a month on the sidelines ... in that time you can't expect much.
Management need a blackout period of 30 days so no significant announcements in that time,,, so no one can take advantage of material Information..or current discussions,,

I actually believed they had a non dilutive deal in hand due to the not raising when the SP was higher ... oh well ,, back to the machine NZT
