Exactly... and office REITs are still on low 6% cap rates.... how can DXC be on same cap rate with 10year WALE and triple net leasing... limited incentives.
Though to contradict myself here, I still own a few office REITs (and wearing huge losses on them). on the back of the significant NTA discounts.
