The BoD do have more information than anyone ... HOWEVER this is a point in time where they are sharing the pertinent inside information (so no longer in a more informed position than any investor as it pertains to this opportunity) to enable them and us to participate.
I am ALL for Board having as much skin in the game and when it is coming out of their moth ridden wallets, even better. Oh wait, that's my wallet that is moth ridden. :-/ ... My wife cleaned it out and has never replenished so why bother opening.
