It's very easy to work out, just pay attention to when it turns on. TPS never operates on Sunday, when the evening peak is generally below $130/MW.
Between 3pm and 5:30pm pricing is sub $100, and TPS generally turns on 5-5:30pm and is off by 9:30pm. Therefore it's very easy to conclude that their minimum operational price is >$120/MW, with the preferred price around $150/MW.
