Those buying clearly don't think there is going to be a cap raise at amounts less than what they are paying. I think when we do get an inflow of funds, it could be a strategic purchase, Government funding of some form and not necessarily a straight raise. Dept of defense taking a keen interest would be awesome and that could also be linked to BAE Systems.

Of course, the other positive is, that die hard longs were never selling, so the shares being bought up are weak hands. Happy for the register to churn a bit if it is going to longer term holders. The Company needs a stronger register, so I would be quite happy for someone to take a 20% chunk to guarantee cashflows for at least 2 to 3 years.
